All content is for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be considered professional advice of any kind.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

Elara is not intended for children under the age of 13. By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the service.

3. Service Overview

Elara offers personalized AI-generated astrology and intuitive insights for humans and pets through mobile and web platforms. Certain features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Elara is available via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, subject to their respective terms.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information, including birth or adoption data where applicable
• Use Elara lawfully and respectfully
• Not misuse, reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service

5. User Input & AI-Generated Content

• Elara generates responses based on user-provided information, astrological data, and AI models.
• You retain ownership of your inputs but grant Elara a non-exclusive license to process them for the purpose of operating and improving the service.
• AI outputs are non-deterministic and may vary in tone, interpretation, or accuracy. You agree to use judgment and personal discretion when interpreting responses.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

All payments and subscriptions for Elara are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device. Pricing, billing cycles, renewal terms, and cancellation options are presented at the time of purchase and are governed by the policies of the applicable app store. You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Elara does not directly process or store payment information.

7. Health, Mental Health & Veterinary Disclaimer

Elara does not provide medical, mental health, legal, or veterinary advice.If you or your pet require professional care, diagnosis, or emergency assistance, please consult a qualified professional immediately. Elara’s insights are for reflection and informational purposes only.

8. Intellectual Property

All Elara content, branding, designs, and software are owned by or licensed to Imperium Global Ventures Limited. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the service without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elara and Imperium Global Ventures Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on AI-generated content.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Elara at any time if these Terms are violated or the service is misused.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
