Elara provides personalized insights, intuitive context, and optional astrology interpretations. All content is for informational and entertainment purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or veterinary advice.

• Messages sent to Elara
• Images you choose to upload or select from your device

• App usage data and interactions
• Crash reports and diagnostics

D. Permissions (User-Controlled)

• Microphone — for voice features
• Photos/Media — to upload or select images
• Notifications — if enabled

All permissions are optional and can be adjusted at any time through your device settings.

E. Payment Information

• Subscription status, plan type, and renewal dates
• Purchase receipts provided by Apple or Google

Elara does not store credit card or payment details. All payments are processed securely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

We do not sell personal data.
To operate Elara, we may use trusted third-party service providers, including:

• ElevenLabs – optional voice output
• Swiss Ephemeris (Astrodienst AG) – astrological calculations
• Apple & Google – payments, notifications, and device services
• Analytics tools – app performance and crash reporting

Each provider processes data in accordance with its own privacy and security policies.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to operate the service or meet legal requirements.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting hello@askelara.com. Upon verified request, data will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable timeframe, unless retention is required by law.
